Do you resell any of my information?
Unlike some other home buying companies that end up buying and reselling your information or home to investors like us, we do not resell any of your information and do not sell your property to another investor. I came across a rundown or vacant home, should I contact you?
Yes! We can reach out to the owner and contact them to make an offer. If we do purchase the house, we will fix it up in a timely manner so that your neighborhood’s home values will increase.

What happens after I request a quote?
We will personally contact you to discuss the sale of your home in more detail. I will schedule an on-site visit to assess your property’s value and make you an offer within 48 hours. It’s then up to you to accept the no-obligation offer and we will begin drafting an agreement and schedule a closing date.
Am I obligated to accept your offer?
Our consultations and offers are risk-free, there is never any obligation to accept an offer we make. We are appreciative of the opportunity to make an offer on your property.
How do you figure out how much you'll offer on my home?
Our team has decades of expertise in the local New York market, having bought, sold, rented, managed, listed, leased, renovated and appraised over one billion dollars of real estate. Using this expertise, we will consider all relevant factors to determine your home’s actual value in the present home market. These factors might include recent comparable sales in your area, the overall market condition in your area, etc.
In our offer proposal that you will receive, we show you exactly how we arrived at the offer price and we can provide you with a quick overview of how our valuation stands up versus listing with an agent.
Do you perform an inspection?
We don’t perform the typical home inspection or have any of the typical home inspection contingencies that come with a regular home buyer. We’ll personally tour the property during our on-site visit to assess the condition of the home so that we can estimate our renovation costs – that’s all!
Regardless of what we find during our visit, we don’t expect you to fix anything prior to selling, that’s our job to take care of once we purchase the home.
Questions About the Sales Process
Do you charge any fees?
We never charge any fees. We provide free consultations to assess your situation and make an offer on your home.
If you choose to sell your home to us, we believe in full transparency and you do not have to pay us any service fees like other investors charge.
What if I already have my home listed with a real estate agent?
We do not require or suggest that you list your house with a Realtor because your Realtor will receive a commission on the sale.
However, if you already have a real estate listing agent – do not worry! We will work with your agent as required by your pre-existing contract and make an offer for your home through them. We request you inform us of this status when you initially contact us and provide us with your listing agent’s full information.
How long will it take to sell my house?
The process can take as little as 5 days from the time you contact us. If you need to stay in the home longer, we have the flexibility to schedule a closing that aligns with your schedule.
